Drop off & collection - by appointment only

Our Drop off and collection times are between 9-9:930 am and 4-4:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 930am or 3-4pm on Saturday & Sunday  by prior agreement.  

Bank holidays are drop off and collections 9-9:30 only - we are closed in the afternoons for drop off and collections on Bank holidays

We are closed every year from the 3rd October - 20th October.

The following days we are open but not for drop offs or collections

Christmas Eve

Boxing Day

New years Day

Please take the above times into account when making a booking.

We are unable to offer times different from those above as we arrange the cattery work day around them.  Thank you
